Photographers……Need to rent studio space?

Hey folks
I’m looking to see who would be interested in rental of studio space and time. The studio will be located in downtown Barrie with easy access. Its anticipated that backgrounds will be provided, possibly lightstands and reflectors, and wireless internet. The rest of the equipment will be in your hands to provide. Under discussion and undecided as yet is the provision of studio lighting.
I’m not looking for money etc right now, I just want an idea of who and how many would be interested. Rental will be available hourly, and in half day and full day segments. A membership scheme will be introduced also; this essentially will be a fixed fee where you are guaranteed studio time each month for a specified period of time, the fee of which will save you money over normal rental costs.
The studio space at max is 2400 sq ft, this may be divided in half to cater for more than one rental per day.
